Composite products bonded with this clear polyurethane based adhesive can withstand the rigorous conditions of 121℃ aluminum-plastic boiling, ensuring their integrity and performance under high-temperature exposure.
This flexible lamination adhesive is specifically designed for laminating PET/AL and PET/VMPET structures.
It provides strong and durable bonds between these materials, maintaining the barrier properties and structural stability required for demanding packaging applications. The 100% polyurethane two-component solvent-free adhesive is tailored for the lamination of a diverse array of flexible packaging structures. These include combinations such as OPP/VMCPP , OPP/VMPET, OPP/PE , PET/PE , PA/PE , BOPP/CPP , PET/AL, and PET/VMPET .

This pu based adhesive formulation is engineered to deliver robust bonding strength across these diverse material combinations, ensuring dependable performance in various packaging applications. It excels in providing strong adhesion, flexibility, and resistance to environmental factors, making it well-suited for both food and non-food packaging requirements where durability and reliability are crucial.

Working temperature 30℃-45℃
Curing temperature Curing in a curing room at 40-50℃
Curing time 24-48h

3.Storage & Safety

The unopened WZ2179A/B can be stored for 10 months in a dry and clean environment between 5 and 30°C.

Once the drum is opened, the unused product must be sealed and used up as soon as possible. Wash thoroughly after using adhesive, including work clothes, protective glasses, masks and gloves stained with adhesive.

Be careful! Emptydrums of adhesive after use also contain hazardous substances.

Please follow the instructions on the label of the drum and do not use these empty drums without professional cleaning.
