3.Recommended ratio:
20:4. The actual environmental humidity and printing ink have a significant impact on the laminating effect. Customers should adjust the amount of curing agent appropriately according to the actual situation.
4.Operating conditions:
(1)When diluting, add the solvent to the main agent according to the required solid content, stir it thoroughly and then add the curing agent.
(2)Stir it evenly before use.
(3)Note: Ethyl acetate water content ≤ 0.03%, alcohol content ≤ 0.02%.
(4)When the solvent contains active hydroxyl and amino groups (such as alcohol and amine), side reactions will occur, resulting in a decrease in the effective content of the curing agent and an imbalance in the ratio. In actual use, the ratio should be adjusted appropriately according to the situation.
5.Drying:
The drying device should have sufficient air volume, wind speed and temperature. When the drying system is divided into three sections, the temperature from the membrane inlet to the outlet is controlled between 50~60℃, 60~70℃, and 70~80℃.
