The water content of ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%. When the solvent contains active hydrogen (such as alcohol, amine), side reactions will occur, resulting in a decrease in the effective content of the curing agent. In actual use, the mixing ratio should be appropriately adjusted according to the situation.   4.Recommend procedure

  • Applicable machine models: Suitable for dry laminating machines of various speeds.
  • The recommended ratio is 20:3 as the conventional ratio. The actual environmental humidity and printing ink have a significant impact on the composite effect. Customers should adjust the amount of curing agent appropriately according to the actual situation.
  • Operating conditions: When diluting, add the solvent to the main agent according to the required solid content, stir thoroughly, then add the curing agent, and stir evenly before use. (Note: The water content of ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%. When the solvent contains active hydrogen (such as alcohol, amine), side reactions will occur, resulting in a decrease in the effective content of the curing agent. In actual use, the mixing ratio should be appropriately adjusted according to the situation.)
  • Drying: In order to evaporate the solvent in the adhesive layer of the substrate film, the drying efficiency of the drying machine should be improved as much as possible.
  • The required glue solid content is generally around (28~32)%. Customers should determine the glue solid content and glue amount based on the properties of the material being bonded, the performance of the rubber roller and other conditions.

  5.Glue amount

  • The recommended coating amount is ≥2.0g/m. In actual application, customers can increase the coating amount appropriately according to the situation.

  6.Ripening conditions

  • The composite product should be cured in a curing room at (50±5)℃ for at least 48 hours.

7.Storage, safety and health

  • In a dry, clean, cool environment at 5-30℃, unopened JT2150/GT2150 can be stored for 12 months. After contact with glue, it should be thoroughly cleaned, including work clothes, protective glasses, masks and gloves stained with glue; Be careful! Empty barrels of glue after use also contain hazardous substances. Please handle according to the instructions on the barrel label and do not use these empty barrels without professional cleaning. If you need more safety information, please refer to our product safety data sheet.

8.Packing Specifications

  • JT2150: 20kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel, 1000kg/barrel
  • GT2150: 3kg/barrel, 20kg/barrel, 200kg/barrel

9.Caution

  • Environmental humidity has a significant impact on the composite effect. The amount of curing agent should be appropriately increased in high temperature and high humidity seasons.
  • During the composite processing process, it is necessary to check and control the viscosity of the glue.
  • The prepared glue should generally be used up within 8 hours. If there is too much residual liquid, dilute it and store it in a cool place.
  • As a diluent, add a small amount of it to the newly prepared glue in succession. It should be avoided for composite products with aluminum foil. If a large thickening phenomenon occurs, it cannot be used.
  • The type and concentration of film additives have different degrees of influence on the bonding strength of the composite film. It should be selected before use.
  • Do not mix this product with other adhesives. If necessary, please consult the technical department of our company.
  • This product is flammable and should be transported and stored as dangerous goods.
