This solvent-based two-component polyurethane adhesive is designed for laminating a variety of materials, including AL/plastic and plastic/plastic composites such as PET, PA, CPP, and aluminum foil. It is specifically engineered for use with dry laminating machines operating at different speeds, ensuring versatility and efficiency in the production of flexible packaging, industrial laminates, and composite materials. 3.Recommended ratio:

18:2. Actual ambient humidty and printing ink have an obvious influence on the qualities of lamination. It is necessary to adjust the application amount of curing agent or hardener properly according to the actual conditions.

4.Operating conditions:

(1) When diluting, add the solvent to the main agent according to the required solid content, stir it thoroughly,

(2)Then add the curing agent, and stir it evenly before use.

(3) The water content of the solvent ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%

(4) Working concentration 30%~35%

5.Drying:

The drying device should have sufficient air volume, wind speed and temperature. When the drying system is divided into three sections, the temperature from the membrane inlet to the outlet is controlled between 50~60℃, 60~70℃, and 70~80℃.
