Solvent-based two-component polyurethane adhesives are versatile solutions for laminating PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, aluminum foil, VMCPP, VMPET, and other materials used in packaging applications. They are compatible with a range of dry laminating machines operating at different speeds, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in production environments.

These lamination adhesives for flexible packaging are engineered to withstand rigorous conditions such as 100℃/30min plastic boiling sterilization, making them suitable for pharmaceutical and food packaging where sterilization is critical. However, they are not recommended for laminating CPP and PE films with high additive content due to potential compatibility issues. This specificity ensures optimal performance and reliability in applications requiring strong, durable bonds across various substrates, except those with high levels of additives that could affect adhesion quality.

2.Applicable model:

Applicable on various speeds laminating machines.

Not suitable for the composite of CPP and PE films with high content

of additives.

 

3.Recommended ratio:

20:4. Actual ambient humidty and printing ink have an obvious influence on the qualities of lamination. It is necessary to adjust the application amount of curing agent or hardener properly according to the actual conditions.

4.Operating conditions:

(1) When diluting, add the solvent to the main agent according to the required solid content, stir it thoroughly,

(2)Then add the curing agent, and stir it evenly before use.

(3) The water content of the solvent ethyl acetate shall not exceed 0.03%, and the alcohol content shall not exceed 0.02%

(4) Working concentration 25%~35%

 

5.Drying:

The drying device should have sufficient air volume, wind speed and temperature. When the drying system is divided into three sections, the temperature from the membrane inlet to the outlet is controlled between 50~60℃, 60~70℃, and 70~80℃.
