Case Study: Lotus Root Slice Packaging
One of our recent successes involved a packaging structure adjustment for lotus root slice products. Initially, the packaging structure is PET/aluminum foil/PE for boiled packaging.
To improve visualization and reduce costs, we transitioned to a PET/NY/PE structure.
However, after microwaving, the food’s surface oxidized and turned black.
To resolve this issue, we improved the packaging structure to PET/aluminum oxide PET/PE, effectively solving the oxidation problem while maintaining product quality.
